Absolutely not! WP-HELP’s goal is to make our customer rest assured, we take care of everything: during maintenance, your site’s service will always be online, without interruption.
Updates to plugins and tools are pre-tested in a dedicated secure environment, called staging, to verify that they are working properly.
With WP Help Security, the upgrade is included if it requires a maximum of 2h technical intervention.
If the upgrade requires more than 2h intervention, it will be considered as extra.
If you have a WP-Help Unlimited package, the php update intervention is included.
We define a site as “Custom” when it has a significant amount of “additional code” from developers and therefore requires extraordinary maintenance, and a dedicated environment.
Some examples: presence of a WordPress theme of own creation, core parts of the site that follow functions via specific code, or a site built without a CMS (Laravel, Node, React, AngularJS…).

In WP-HELP contracts, site maintenance (plugin update, WordPress core, database cleanup, complete checkup) is performed every three months.
We rely on the infallibility of WP Remote.
Site monitoring, on the other hand, is constant and continuous, without interruption: 24/24h our tools monitor uptime status, the release of new vulnerabilities to be fixed, attempts at malicious activity.
When serious situations arise, such as the presence of a new vulnerability or malicious attempts, we intervene instantly, notified by our tools.
Interventions take a minimum of 2h and are arranged closely with the technician according to his or her work schedule and your degree of urgency.
The site undergoes a technical analysis before the WP-Help contract is initiated. If serious technical or security issues are present, a “remise en forme” mandatory and for a fee.
