Since 2024, f.technology has been providing some spaces in coworking mode, including the use of services already on the premises such as an FTTH connection and a meeting room.

It is possible to rent one or more offices in different arrangements that may also include furniture and equipment.

The premises, located in Cesena, are conveniently accessible by car thanks to their proximity to the entrance to the A14 and the E45.
For those who prefer to use public transportation, there are bus stops only 200 meters away.

Types of rent

F Hub Persona

The number of people using the office space, determines an initial basis for calculating the cost, and provides for a monthly fee that takes into account the cost of services affected by the number of people in the office and the average number of days they are in the office (5 – 10 – 20).

The use of the office must be reserved on the hub calendar by indicating in advance the requested stations, according to availability and in accordance with the signed plan.

F Hub Ufficio

The size of the office space and consequently the number of people it can accommodate, the necessary furniture and any accessories for exclusive use form the cost basis for this plan, which provides for monthly or quarterly rents.

The use of common facilities (kitchen, coffee, printing) are the responsibility of the tenant, who can sign agreements with the management for the purchase of coffee capsules and use of common kitchen areas.

Renting the office provides the availability of a key to lock the room.
Please note that the management still has a key to perform cleaning or extraordinary maintenance.

F Hub AlaArrigoni

A startup can pledge for exclusive use the entire wing of Arrigoni Street, consisting of rooms no.
7, n.
8, no.9 and no.
11.

This solution provides for an agreed-upon flat-rate cost that includes the various office services and a contractually defined maximum number of people, while the cost of equipment and furniture will be excluded.

The minimum contract is 6 months.

Excluded from the bid are the reception desk and room no.
10, which on some rare occasions will be engaged for PersonView examination service.

In addition, on some set days, it will be necessary to use the reception desk and hallways, to access the f.academy, during events and trainings.
