F.technology Hub - Costs and services
f.technology provides some space in coworking mode, including the use of services already on the premises such as a FTTH connection and a meeting room.
Renting one or more offices within the f.technology hub means access to a variety of flexible solutions that can provide a well-equipped and flexible workspace in line with your business model.
Single workstation (no office)
The single workstation is suitable for those who use the office 1 to 2 times a week and includes the availability of a desk in a shared office (1 to max 4 people), a desk, a minimum 24″ (4K) monitor, wired and wifi network connection, use of basic office services including occasional printer.
It does not provide access to the premises independently.
Confidential office
The position provides for the use of one of the 10 available offices, for a period of usually a minimum of 3 months, and entitles you to the exclusive use of the office, the data connection and in addition the equipment you request to make available or alternatively bringing your own.
The cost varies according to the different arrangements and services required and the number of people usually hosted.

Arrigoni Street Wing
In this case the lease is agreed for a minimum of 6 months and provides for exclusive use of the wing, except in the cases indicated (certification exams and f.academy events).
There is access to a total of 5 +1 offices suitable for up to 10 people.

Exclusive use of offices 07, 08, 09,11 and shared use (for events or courses) of reception space and office 10. No furniture (except for the reception desk and a table in office 10). No computer equipment. Virtual switchboard with phone numbers and traffic + 3 desk phones. No use of shared kitchen and printers.

Exclusive use of offices 07, 08, 09,11 and shared use (for events or courses) of reception space and office 10. Including furniture, consisting of 2 desks and 2 office chairs for each office (8 tables and 8 chairs) + the stations in reception and office 10 (2 chairs and 2 tables total). Including monitors and keyboards and mice for 10 total workstations. Virtual switchboard with phone numbers and traffic + 4 desk phones. Including use of kitchen and cafeteria (agree on possible time shifts). Coffee machine provided (excluding pods). Shared A3 printer and A4 printer + scanner in reception (toner charged).
