F.technology Hub - Regulations
Staying in the spaces of f.technology Hub Cesena requires that all guests follow some basic rules of coexistence.
Failure to comply with some of them may result in future exclusion from using the service.
We urge you to follow the directions below.
Cleaning office and common areas - Kitchen
The premises are cleaned by a company every Thursday evening, while the bathrooms are also cleaned on Tuesday evenings.
Please leave your desks and offices in general, clear of materials in order to facilitate these activities.
Those using the kitchen and canteen space are expected to cooperate in keeping the room as neat and clean as possible by filling the dishwasher and leaving the room tidy.
Should the use of the cafeteria and kitchen be “complicated by the excessive number of people,” provision will be made to establish two time slots of differentiated use.
Heating and lighting
Automatic switching off of lights and service outlets during night hours is provided.
Heating systems are programmed for a maximum temperature limit and automatic shutdown at times when offices are not in use.
Garbage collection
There are two bins in the offices to be used for recycling (paper and plastic).
Undifferentiated garbage and wet garbage should be thrown into the appropriate bins in the kitchen.
Music
Please do not keep music in the office (use headphones) and limit loud sounds that may disturb colleagues.
Theft insurance
The offices are covered by insurance with theft and damage.
To take advantage of this insurance, on the material left on the premises it is necessary:
– Deposit in the secretary’s office the list of materials that you leave in the offices without custody
– Authorize the use of security video cameras in the corridorsî of access to offices
Video Surveillance
The use of video surveillance of the premises relates only to the common areas:
3 hallways, kitchen/canteen room, F.academy room.
